Payment & Cancellation Terms

Liveaboard Trips

**Trip Insurance and Dive Insurance is Mandatory on all Liveaboard trips**

​

Invoicing/Payments:

- Deposits are 500.00/trip/pp, unless otherwise stated on the trip page, and are non refundable.

​

- Your Payments Plan is based on your date of deposit and payments begin on the 1st month following your deposit and are equally divided each month until date of departure. 

​

Payments are due:

1st of each month following your date of deposit. 

​

If payment is not received within 10 days after notification, your reservation is subject to cancelation,  and no refund will be allowed or processed.

Cancellations:

- If for any reason, you cancel your trip the following conditions apply:

 

- Cancel within 90 days of departure date:

Forfeit 100% of any and all monies paid.

 

- Cancel within 6 Months of departure date:

Refund of 50% of any and all monies paid minus deposit.

 

- Cancel within one year of departure date: 

Refund of 70% of any and all monies paid minus deposit.

 

- Cancel greater than one year of departure date:

100% refund of all monies paid, minus deposit.

- A trip credit of 50% can be applied to a future trip that is listed on the home page. 

 

- 100% of monies paid, including deposit, will be refunded to you if;

   - You refer an individual and they assume your spot on the trip and are paid in full. 

   - Your spot is filled by ScubaXpeditions and is paid in full. 

   - The charter company of which the trip was booked cancels the trip due to weather or any other circumstances. 

 

- By placing a deposit or paying for a trip in full, you certify that you have met or exceed the requisite scuba qualifications (OW,AOW, NITROX, Deep Cert etc.)  for the selected trip as outlined in the details of the trip.
